I  had owned my previous residence and rented it for ten years. When the tenant moved out without notice in 2003, the house was badly in need of repair. I talked to several ?We Buy Houses´ people and realized that I would be wiser to spend the money, fix it up, and be able to sell the house for what it was really worth. I knew Gardiner personally and talked with him about my decision to list the house. He was able to advise me of the process, making it simple for me. He offered effective suggestions on repairs and how to make the house sell. After listing the house with him and completing the repair work, we had a buyer within 30 days. My trust in Gardiner was extended when the closing date was rescheduled to the Labor Day weekend. I had plans to go out of town, so I signed power of attorney to Gardiner to handle the closing. After the closing, my husband and I celebrated with Gardiner and Debra at an excellent restaurant. The experience was one I won´t soon forget and I would recommend Gardiner with confidence.
